Applications are now open for the Tourism Accommodation and Attractions Proposals (TAAP) Program - a new competitive funding initiative designed to support the development of tourism accommodation and visitor attractions across Western Australia.
Grants of up to $50,000 are available to help WA tourism operators and developers undertake early-stage planning, including site investigations and technical studies. The funding is to progress projects towards development approval, investment readiness and delivery.
The TAAP Program aims to increase the density and diversity of tourism accommodation and attractions across WA, encouraging regional dispersal, extending length of visitor stay and growing visitor expenditure in regional communities.
By helping bring new tourism projects to life, the initiative will strengthen WA’s supply of exceptional tourism products and unlock opportunities across some of the state's most iconic locations, ensuring visitors have an unforgettable stay and experience everything WA has to offer.
Applications close at 5pm (AWST) on Monday, 14 December 2026.
