​Feedback helps us to improve the tourism industry in Western Australia and we welcome your suggestions.​ However, as we are not regulatory body, we can’t investigate complaints against tourism operators. Complaints about a product or service in WA should be directed to the business concerned.

If you are not happy with the response that you receive, you have a number of options:

1. Contact the appropriate authority if the operator displays any of the following accreditation symbols:

3. Check the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety - Consumer Protection website to better understand your options. 

If you have a complaint about us or our services, email with the following information:

  • Your contact details.
  • A summary of your complaint including what happened, who was involved and where and when the issue occurred.
  • Details on how you have tried to resolve the problem and any action you have taken.
  • The type of resolution you would like.
