2020 has been a tough year for the tourism industry. We have responded by launching our biggest intrastate tourism campaign, to encourage West Australians to get behind the State by booking an adventure in WA.
The campaign includes press and radio, followed by promotion across digital, video, print, out-of-home and social media.
Targeting residents from all over WA, the campaign aims to inspire locals to take a different type of holiday, by exploring locations they’ve never been and embarking on experiences they’ve never had, with friendly operators who are ready to welcome them.
We are working with the Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs) and the WA Indigenous Tourism Operators Council to promote compelling experiences and road trips, to encourage locals to holiday in WA and book direct with industry partners.
The campaign aims to:
