‚ÄčTo better understand how domestic consumers view certain destinations in WA and how we can grow visitors to these areas, we got market research agency Kantar Public to conduct some research.

The research was taken between 2014 and 2017 and focused on how people perceive each destination and its attractions and experiences, what would stop or encourage them to visit the area, and other issues such as accommodation, access and visitor facilities.

How you can use this research

The research can be used by WA's tourism industry including regional and local tourism organisations, regional development commissions and industry operators to develop tourism and marketing strategies as well as identify development opportunities.
