The WA Government, through Tourism WA, has committed $14.4 million to the WA Tourism Recovery Program; a package to support the tourism industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This support package has two funding programs; the $10.4 million Tourism Recovery Fund and the $4 million Tourism Business Survival Grant.

Tourism Business Survival Grant

The Tourism Business Survival Grant will be available to successful eligible tourism operators demonstrating extreme business hardship with grants of $25,000 to $100,000 available. To apply for a Tourism Business Survival Grant please:

  1. Review the Tourism Business Survival Grant Guidelines, which includes General Terms and Conditions and FAQs to determine the eligibility of your business.

Tourism Recovery Fund

Applications for the Tourism Recovery Fund have now closed. Applications received prior to the closing date (June 12) are currently being assessed and all applicants will be notified as soon as possible of the outcome. The Tourism Recovery Fund provides immediate support to successful eligible applicants with one-off funding of $6,500.
