​​We work closely with a number of industry partners to help develop WA's tourism industry and implement the Two-Year Action Plan to grow tourism in WA.

Australian Hotels Association WA
The Australian Hotels Association WA represents the interests of the hospitality industry in WA.  More than 80 per cent of all hotel venues in the State are represented by the AHA. Tourism WA works with the AHA WA on a number of issues related to the hospitality industry such as workforce development and training programs.​

Australian Tourism Export Council
The Australian Tourism Export Council is the peak industry body representing Australia's $30 billion tourism export sector.​

Caravan Industry Association WA
The Caravan Industry Association WA is an industry body representing caravan parks, dedicated residential lifestyle villages, trade suppliers, recreational vehicle dealers, recreational vehicle manufacturers and service providers to the caravan and camping sector. Tourism WA provides funding to CIAWA to deliver a number of caravan and camping initiatives to improve the sector in WA.

Australian Cruise Association
The Australian Cruise Association aims to grow and develop Australia and the Pacific region as the world's leading cruise destination. It comprises more than 70 members and represents regional ports, national and state tourism agencies, shipping agents and inbound tour operators.​

Events Industry Association
The Events Industry Association WA, formed in 1995, is an influential not-for-profit, member-based organisation representing the State's event industry. It is dedicated to fostering high professional standards in the delivery and management of events via promoters, event managers, conference and seminar organisers, venues and suppliers.

Forum Advocating Cultural and Eco Tourism Inc               
FACET is a WA-based network and information resource for people with an interest in cultural, nature-based and eco tourism. The association, which is supported by Tourism WA, runs a number of events throughout the year to further develop and promote the industry in WA.​

Business Events Perth (formerly knows as Perth Convention Bureau)
Business Events Perth, funded by Tourism WA, i​​​s responsible for securing large, high yield business events to the State. It also markets WA nationally and internationally as a business tourism destination.​

Regional Tourism Organisations

Tourism WA provides funding to five Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs): 

Each RTO is a not-for-profit, fully incorporated body with a board. The five RTOs promote their respective regions and complement Tourism WA's strategic marketing direction.​

Tourism Council Western Australia
The Tourism Council WA (TCWA) is the peak body representing tourism businesses, industries and regions in WA.  TCWA promotes the value of tourism, facilitates sustainable tourism development and advocates industry policy on behalf of members.  Tourism WA provides funding to the Tourism Council WA to deliver a number of industry capacity-building programs.​

Urban Development Institute of Australia               
The Urban Development Institute of Australia​ is the peak body representing the property development industry. ​

Visitor Centres Western Australia (VCWA)                
Visitor Centres Western Australia (VCWA) represents visitor centres and the visitor servicing industry in WA.  Visitor centres are located throughout the State and pro​vide information on destinations, accommodation, attractions, activities and tours.​

​WA Indigenous Tourism Operators Council
The WA Indigenous Tourism Operators Council (WAITOC) is the peak not-for-profit association representing and promoting Aboriginal tourism in the State. WAITOC also gives advice and information on Aboriginal tourism to Government and industry. Tourism WA provides funding to WAITOC and works closely with the organisation to promote and develop Aboriginal tourism experiences across WA.​

WA Visitor Centre
The WA Visitor Centre provides information on the State including accommodation, attractions, activities and tours. In 2017, Tourism WA entered into a marketing and services agreement with The Tourism Group to manage the operation and services of the WA Visitor Centre.​
