Chief Executive Officer - Rebecca Brown

The Chief Executive Officer (concurrently appointed as the Director General of the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation) plays a key role in helping to increase the contribution of tourism to WA’s economy. The CEO provides strategic leadership to the development and implementation of the State’s strategy and action plans for tourism and works closely with a range of public and private sector stakeholders to ensure growth of the industry.

​Managing Director - Brodie Carr

The Managing Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Tourism WA including: the promotion of Western Australia as an extraordinary tourism destination nationally and internationally; facilitating the development of tourism infrastructure and working to deliver a world-class events calendar.  The role works closely with the Chair of Tourism WA’s Board, supported by the Chief Executive Officer of Tourism WA, to grow the number of visitors to our State.

​Executive Director - Events - Saskia Doherty

Events play an important role in tourism as they provide visitors with a specific reason to book their trip or extend a visit, provide a boost to the economy, add pride and vibrancy, and raise the profile of WA through media exposure.  The Events Division develops, sponsors, markets and promotes a diverse calendar of sporting, cultural, arts and culinary events that showcase Western Australia as a great place to live, work and visit.

Executive Director - Strategy, Brand and Marketing Services - Mollie Hill

The Brand & Marketing Services Division has stewardship of Tourism WA's brand and its refinement and evolution, and oversees the development of marketing material and campaigns. Key functions include liaison with creative and media agencies, campaign planning and development, destination public relations and familiarisations, digital marketing, image library management and content production.

A/Executive Director - Strategy, Markets & Partnerships - Brodie Carr

The Strategy, Markets & Partnerships Division leads the development of tourism industry strategies and Tourism WA’s corporate strategic and operational plans and is responsible for implementing Tourism WA's marketing strategy in Australia and in key international markets by adapting it to local consumer insights and industry conditions. The division works with airlines, wholesalers, agents, Tourism Australia and WA tourism operators to communicate WA's brand messages and bring visitors to WA.  Its key functions include strategic planning, market research and analysis, domestic and international marketing, oversight of regional tourism organisation and Perth Convention Bureau contracts. 

Executive Director - Destination Development - Derryn Belford

The Destination Development Division focuses on identifying how different WA locations can grow their tourism sectors, and supporting major projects that will draw visitors to particular destinations. The division consists of four teams: Aviation; Policy and Planning; Strategy; and Programs (including Royalties for Regions).

Executive Director - Corporate and Business Services - David Lowe

The Corporate and Business Services Division supports the agency by providing financial services, risk management, human resources management, information management, ICT and procurement/contract services.

Manager - Executive Services - Carroll Selwood

The Executive Services team provides support to the Board and Chief Executive Officer. It is also responsible for Ministerial liaison and stakeholder engagement.

 Manager - Corporate Communications - Kelly Eadie

Corporate Communications promotes Tourism WA’s initiatives and programs to industry and other stakeholders. It is responsible for issues management, media liaison and internal communications.

​Chief Financial Officer - Renato Sansalone  

The Chief Financial Officer provides Tourism WA’s financial and accounting services and ensures the agency’s compliance with financial matters.
