​Tourism WA’s consumer website westernaustralia.com aims to break down knowledge and perception barriers to increase consideration, intention and preference for Western Australia as a leisure destination for our target market.


How do we do that?

  • By presenting relevant information to our consumer audience.
  • By delivering this information to our core markets by geo-targeting those countries.
  • By providing information in those markets' language.
  • By being accessible across devices.

What kind of information do we provide?

  • We provide information on a wide range of experiences as well as information on destinations, attractions, tourism products, events and more.
  • This information is available on our site through imagery, text, videos and product listings and is also effectively displayed over an interactive map.
  • We also republish social content from Instagram across our site.

How can you get involved?

  • If you are an accredited tourism operator, add or update your listing in the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) so that it can be correctly and effectively displayed on our site.
  • If you are active on Instagram then share your content with us by using #JustAnotherDayinWA and/or tagging us with @WesternAustralia.
