Visitor Servicing Guide for Local Government 

Tourism Western Australia has worked closely with the Western Australian Local Government Association and various Visitor Centres to produce the Visitor Servicing Guide for Local Government.

This publication will assist both Visitor Centres and Local Government authorities alike, to investigate the various options available to address visitor needs; allowing them to find the most appropriate model for their individual situation.

Within the Guide you will find a number of case studies detailing successful visitor servicing strategies that may be emulated or modified to assist Local Governments that are already, or are considering undertaking visitor servicing activities.
