Visitor Centres are an important part of the visitor experience and make an immediate financial contribution to their local area.

The Influence of Visitor Centres on Tourist Behaviour was commissioned by Tourism Research Australia (TRA) in partnership with Tourism WA. The study measures the effectiveness of visitor centres in WA, their impact on visitor behaviour, and how their offering can be improved.
