Landbank 

 

Tourism Western Australia's Landbank was unveiled at the Australian Tourism Exchange in Perth in June 2005. It was created to ensure an adequate supply of tourism development sites meet the future needs of the tourism industry in Western Australia.

The Gap Albany

Albany Waterfront Development

LandCorp in conjunction with Tourism WA will release a hotel development site at the Albany Waterfront in mid 2008. More information will be available closer to the release date.


Dolphin

Denham Development Opportunity

The Department for Planning and Infrastructure (DPI) in conjunction with Tourism Western Australia advise that stage one of the tender process for a tourist accommodation development site in Denham, Shark Bay has now closed.

Thank you for your interest in the Tom Price hotel site release. The Expression of Interest period has now closed and submissions are being assessed.
