Eventscorp's marketing team are responsible for maximising the economic, media and community impact of Eventscorp-supported events by developing and implementing creative and effective marketing strategies that create awareness and maximise participation.
Some of Eventscorp's marketing activities include but are not limited to:
- Working with the travel industry to package trips to WA for specific events;
- Working with the event holder on joint marketing initiatives locally including banners, flags, billboards and posters;
- Developing joint local and national advertising, PR and promotional campaigns;
- Developing and facilitating media familiarisations; and
- Sending out Ministerial media statements as well as incorporating the Tourism Minister in media launches.
