Calendar listing criteria
Events that are not sponsored by Eventscorp and want to be featured in the annual Events Calendar (printed version) should meet the following criteria:
- Held in Western Australia.
- A major event that attracts a minimum of 5,000 spectators to the event and align with Tourism Western Australia’s strategic objectives please see the Strategic Plan for more information.
- Be a concert or music event attracting more than 3,500 spectators per performance.
- Be a significant arts or cultural event evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Unique to Western Australia.
- Potential economic and media impacts to Western Australia.
- Potential prestige of the event to increase the status and profile of Western Australia.
- Potential to deliver social impact to Western Australia and ensure the state is a vibrant destination to visit and live.
* Events must meet a minimum of three criteria.
* Please note Eventscorp reserves the right to make the final decision on events listed dependant on priority and space available.

Events can also be listed on Tourism Western Australia's official consumer website www.westernaustralia.com. The information is stored in the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) - a national tourism database used by other tourism websites to market Western Australian destinations and businesses globally. There are over 30 prominent Australian travel websites that access and distribute the data from the ATDW, currently generating 24 million hits per annum for the Australian tourism industry.
