Consumer Marketing 

 

The Consumer Marketing division is responsible for building stronger positioning and brand awareness of Western Australia as a desirable holiday destination through the promotion of iconic tourism experiences.

Activities are undertaken and services provided to better influence consumer destination choice, including brand advertising and collateral, online marketing, destination communication, a media/trade familiarisation program, research information, images and video footage and Brand WA.

Consumer Marketing consists of five teams:

  • Offline Marketing
  • Online Marketing
  • Destination Public Relations
  • Familiarisations
  • Research & Analysis
